A non-profit initiative working to close the gender gap in STEM careers worldwide. Based in Miami, they focus on offering engaging STEM education programs that allow female students worldwide to understand the importance of STEM while awakening their interest in STEM careers. Helping girls of all ages become aware of the achievements of female leaders in STEM while opening new pathways for the to connect, share, learn, grow and compete to solve the world’s most pressing problems through the power of science, technology, engineering and math. Also connecting students with prominent female leaders and mentors, creating opportunities for girls in underprivileged countries to gain education access outside of their traditional paths.
